Payments from 1st November 2016 until 31st December 2016:
72,5% discount is allowed on the immovable property tax payable
The payments can be made:
- Electronically through https://www.jccsmart.com/
- Through the Banks or Cooperative Institutions
- At the District Tax Collection Offices
Payments after 31st December 2016:
1) 72, 5% discount is allowed on the immovable property tax payable
2) Interest on tax is applied as from 1/10/2016
3) 10% monetary charge is imposed on the immovable property tax payable (after discount
4) Any other administrative penalties that apply according to the legislation
5) The payments can ONLY be made at the District Tax Collection Offices
